Which plan should I pick?

Free if you issue ≤3 invoices/month — full sending + AI reminders included, no credit card. Starter ($9.9/mo) if you issue up to 30 — same features as Free, just unlocks the volume cap. Pro ($19.9/mo) if you also want view tracking + power features (CSV import/export, recurring invoices, priority support). Enterprise for 200+/mo or multi-user.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

The (limit + 1)th invoice of the month is blocked until the next month resets (UTC). The block is at creation only — already-created invoices and their reminders keep flowing.

What if I cancel mid-cycle?

You keep your paid tier access until your current billing period ends. After that, your account drops to Free. Your invoices, clients, and reminders stay accessible — only new invoice creation past 3/month becomes blocked.

Can I switch between Starter and Pro?

Yes — upgrade takes effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle. Same logic for monthly vs yearly switching.

When should I contact Enterprise?

If you regularly issue more than 200 invoices/month, need multi-user access, want a Data Processing Agreement, or have specific compliance needs. We respond within 24 hours.

How does billing work?

Stripe-hosted checkout — your card never touches our servers. Monthly plans are charged on the day you subscribe and recur on the same date each month; yearly plans are charged once and recur annually. Cancel anytime; you keep paid features until the current period ends.
