Terms of Service

By accessing or using Invoice Reminder ("the Service"), operated by Beijing Zhicheng Outstanding Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Invoice Reminder helps businesses create and send invoices and estimates, schedule reminders, track payment status, and offer hosted payment links. When you enable online payments, Stripe processes your client's payment and settles funds directly to your connected Stripe account. We do not hold customer funds or store complete card or bank-account details.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email, sign-in provider, device, and credentials secure. You must provide accurate account and business information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are the merchant and sender of record for invoices and reminders you create. You are responsible for verifying amounts, taxes, payment terms, customer contact details, AI-generated content, and compliance with accounting, tax, anti-spam, consumer-protection, and other laws that apply to your business. The Service is not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Online invoice payments require a supported Stripe connected account. Your use of Stripe is governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe's applicable terms. Stripe may require identity, business, tax, and payout information and may restrict or disable capabilities. You are responsible for Stripe fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, negative balances, and delivery of the products or services billed to your clients.

Paid mobile plans are processed through Apple and managed with RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your Invoice Reminder account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Purchases and refunds made through Apple are subject to Apple's payment and refund rules; see our Refund Policy for additional information.

You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited bulk email; impersonate any person or entity; harass, threaten, or defraud any party; or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is under active development. Features may change, be added, or removed; we will give reasonable notice via email or in-app for any change that materially affects paid plans.

The Service, including all content, software, and design, is owned by us. The content you submit (invoices, business info) remains yours; you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit it as necessary to operate the Service.

The Service relies on providers including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, Expo, Resend, AI providers, Neon, Vercel, PostHog, and Cloudflare. Their services are governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for a third-party outage, account restriction, or decision outside our reasonable control.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, deliverability of email, or accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create payment or security risk, or misuse communications. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions or resolve outstanding Stripe balances, refunds, or disputes.

If you obtained the app through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Service Terms. Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting the Service except as required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
