Free tier

The Free tier (up to 3 invoices a month) has nothing to refund — no card is required and nothing is charged.

Paid plans

  • 14-day no-questions-asked refund on your first paid month or first paid year. Email [email protected] from your account email; we issue the full refund within 7 business days.
  • Annual plan cancellation after the 14-day window — prorated refunds on the unused portion are issued at our discretion.
  • Monthly plan cancellation after the 14-day window — no partial-month refunds. Service continues until the end of the paid period; no further charges accrue.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service, including abuse of the email-sending capability.
